ThermoFusion Inc., Specialists in Brazing and Heat Treating, has been solving customer's metallurgical problems since 1968. Our heat treating services include carburizing, nitriding, case-hardening, through-hardening, annealing, stress relief, vacuum and flame hardening, induction treating and cryogenic treating. Our brazing services include vacuum, hydrogen, torch, induction and dip brazing.
ThermoFusion Inc. was founded in 1968 in Oakland, California. We relocated to larger facilities in Hayward in 1973 and increased our brazing and heat treating capabilities.
Our current ownership joined ThermoFusion in 1984. All of our team has extensive backgrounds in brazing, heat treating, engineering, production and manufacturing. Our backgrounds are as diverse as the companies we've worked for, giving us a broad range of experience beyond just brazing and heat treating.
Our goal at ThermoFusion is to work hard, have fun and exceed our customer's expectations and needs.
